Managing Partner

Syed is a recognized leader in the area of corporate law with an emphasis on US securities law. Rizvi spent more than eleven years with the most respected law firms in New York before forming Counselize Consulting. He is also a mentor and entrepreneur and serves as both general and special counsel to various companies, advising them on matters including but not limited to corporate finance, information technology, data privacy, as well as regulatory and compliance.

Syed holds a Master of Laws from Fordham University in New York and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, United Kingdom.

Benjamin Davis

Associate

Benjamin is an associate attorney with a diverse practice focused on complex business, contract, trade secret, construction, and aircraft redelivery disputes. He has extensive experience in the rapidly evolving field of electronic discovery and has handled cases at every stage of the legal process.

Benjamin received his law degree from Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude and concentrated his studies on business law. He is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest developments in his field and uses his knowledge and experience to provide top-quality representation to his clients.
